Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup candied fruit
  • 2 cups chopped nuts
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/3 cup flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine butter, cheese, and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients, then fruit and nuts. Drop level tsp in miniature muffin tins. Bake 350 degrees 12 to 15 minutes.

Glaze:

1 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 2 Tblsp milk. Combine and drop by teaspoonful to top of fruitcakes.
