Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed raw nuts (pecans, almonds, cashews)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp hot sauce (Frank’s Hot Sauce is the Buffalo wing standard)
- 1 to 2 tsp cayenne powder (or more, if you dare!)
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Spread in a single layer on prepared baking sheet and bake 8 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Let cool on pan and serve.
Serves 8. Each serving has a total of 5.5g of carbs and 2.5g of fiber. Total NET CARBS = 3g.
