Ingredients
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup pureed avocado (from 1 or 2 large fresh avocados)
- cup fresh lime juice
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon grated lime zest
- teaspoon salt
- 1 pre-baked 9-inch pie crust (or try Graham cracker crust)
- Whipped cream, for serving

Preparation
Step 1
1) Combine all ingredients, except crust, in a large mixing bowl; use and electric mixer to beat until smooth.
2) Pour mixture into prepared pie crust; chill until set, at least 4 hours. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired, and serve cold.
