Ingredients
- 2/3 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon molasses
- 1 cup flour(can use half of whole wheat flour)
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Step 1
Mix all wet ingredients, then add the dry ones.
Add whatever extras once it is mixed...1/2 cup chocolate chips, flax, seeds, coconuts.
Drop them in mounds on cookie sheet and bake for 7-9 minutes at 375F.
