Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp white wine or chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 lb. tilapia, mahi mahi or red snapper fillets
  • 2 tsp oil
  • LIGHT TARTAR SAUCE
  • 1/2 cup plain lowfat yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 2 tsp minced onion

Step 1

Heat oven to 450. Spray 15x10x1 inch baking pan with no stick cooking spray. In shallow dish, combine lemon juice and wine. In another shallow dish, combine bread crumbs, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Dip fillets in liquid; dip in crumbs to coat. Arrange coated fillets on sprayed pan; drizzle with oil. Bake at 450 for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve with Light Tartar Sauce. Garnish as desired.

TARTAR SAUCE: In small bowl, combine all ingredients, mix well. Cover; refrigerate 2 to 3 hours to blend flavors. Stir before serving. Makes 2/3 cup.
