Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Chia Seeds
- 2 Cups almond milk
- Tiny Dash Salt
- Stevia and vanilla extract to taste
- optional: can add raisins, dried apricots, cinnamon, or agave if preferred

Step 1
Simply mix the ingredients together, and let them rest for a few moments. Stir the mix well with a fork every 5 minutes or so. At first it will seem far too liquidy, but over the course of 30 minutes the chia seeds will plump up like tapioca pudding.
If you want to make 1/2 of the recipe : use 6 TBSP. Chia seeds and 1 cup almond milk
