Ingredients

  • 1 pkg refrigerator dinner-flake rolls (or recipe of cream cheese pastry)
  • 1 4 1/2 oz can shrimp, drained
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/2 cup light cream
  • 1 T brandy
  • 1/2 t salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 1 1/3 oz Swiss cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Grease 24 muffin tins
Separate each roll in half and press into tins to make shells
Place 1 shrimp in each shell
Combine egg, cream, brandy, salt and pepper
Divide evenly among shells, about 2 t each
Slice cheese into 24 pieces
Place one on top of each shell
Bake 20 minutes
Cool
Wrap and freeze
To serve, place frozen shells on baking sheet and put in 375 degree oven for 10-12 minutes
