Ingredients
- 1 C cooked steak or chicken
- 1 C shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1/2 C ranch dressing
- 1/4 C diced green chiles, rinsed & drained
- 4 (9in) flour tortillas, heated
- salsa- optional
- guacamole- optional

Preparation
Step 1
Combine steak or chicken, dressing & chiles in a medium bowl.
Place about 1/2 of steak or chicken on each tortilla, fold in half to seal.
Place quesadillas on baking sheet.
Bake at 350* for 15 mins or until cheese is melted.
Garnish with salsa & guacamole, if desired.
