  • 15 Trader Joes ginger gluten free cookies
  • 1/4 cup walnut oil or grapeseed oil
  • 1 Cup almond meal

Step 1

In blender pulverize the cookies. Add the oil and the almond meal into the blender and blend just until combined. Press into a 9 or 10 inch springform or pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes in 350 degree oven.
