- 1/4 C. PLUS 2 TB. MAYONNAISE
- 1 1/2 TB. WHITE WINE VINEGAR
- 3/4 C. (3 OZ. CRUMBLED MILD BLUE CHEESE
- 2 1/2 C. DICED CHICKEN
- 1/4 C. DRIED CHEERIES, ROUGHLY CHOPPED
- 2 CELERY RIBS, FINELY DICED
- SALT AND PEPPER

WHISK MAYONNAISE AND VINEGAR. GOLD IN BLUE CHEESE, ADD CHICKEN, DRIED CHERRIES AND CELERY: FOLD GENTLY. SALT AND PEPPER AND CHILL AND SERVE.
