Appetizers: Gay Denham's Cheese Souffle

Ingredients

• 10 beaten eggs
• 4 plus cups milk
• 3 cups grated cheese
• 2 t dry mustard
• 1 t salt
• 12 slices bread, crusts removed

Preparation

Step 1

Grease casserole
Put bread slices in casserole
Pour ego mixture over and refrigerate overnight (or at least 1 hour)
Bake1 hour in preheated 300-325 degree oven, with casserole in pan of water and covered loosely with aluminum foil
