The "Big Chocolate Chip" Cookie

Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 sticks of butter, softened
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 tablespoon baking soda
- 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
- 4 cups of all purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups of chocolate chips

Step 1
Preheat oven at 375F. In a large mixing bowl mix the butter, brown and white sugar, baking soda, baking powder and vanilla extract together until creamy. Then add eggs one at a time and mix well. Add the flour one cup at a time and once it is all blended together, stir in the chocolate chips.
Make any size cookie you want and bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes. You want to watch for the edges to turn lightly golden and for the center to stay soft. Cool.
Try adding Cool Whip and/or ice cream on top to make a more of a dessert.
Yield will depend on cookie size. Batter should make 12 large cookies or 24 small.
