Ingredients
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 scallions, chopped
- 1 habanero pepper
- 4 tea. white vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tea. fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/4 tea. ground allspice
- 1/4 tea. ground ginger

Step 1
Puree all in a good processor or blender. until smooth.
Marinate in a ziplock bag 2 hours or overnight.
