- lemon juice sprinkle

- 6 bacon slices, half-cooked, sliced in half crosswise

Step 1
Sprinkle oysters with lemon juice, cayenne and parsley. Roll in bacon, securing with wooden pick. Place on baking tray. Bake in 400 oven for 5 to 10 minutes until bubbling hot and bacon is cooked. Serve hot.
