Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in bowl. Stir well.

Add oil and milk. Mix into ball, adding a bit more milk if needed to make a soft dough. Roll about 1/4 inch thick on lightly floured board. Cut into 2 1/2 inch rounds. Cover with topping and bake.

TOPPING:
3 tbsp tomato sauce
oregano, sprinkle
54 pepperoni slices (optional)
5 mozzarella cheese slices, quartered
(or use shredded)
Spread 1/2 tsp tomato sauce over each pizza followed with a sprinkle of oregano. Put about 3 slices of pepperoni on each. Top with mozzarella cheese. Arrange on ungreased baking pan. Bake in 400 degree oven for 10-12 minutes until browned.
