Ingredients
- 40 vanilla wafers
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/3 cup melted butter

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a food processor, add cookies, sugar, and cocoa. Pulse or blend until cookies are completely crushed.
Pour into a small bowl. Pour melted butter over crumb mixture and stir well. Pour into pie pan (or spring-form pan for cheesecakes) and press evenly along the bottom and up the sides. (Note: For cheesecakes it will only go up about an inch of a 9-inch spring-form pan)
Bake for 8 minutes. Remove and place on wire rack to cool.
