Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups skim milk
  • 3/4 cup egg beaters with cheez
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 T fresh or frozen chives, mixed
  • 1/8 t ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In electric blender container, blend milk, egg beaters with cheez, flour, chives and pepper until smooth
Pour into 12 greased 2 1/2 inch muffin pan cups
Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 375 degrees
Bake 25 minutes more or until brown
For a dry interior, slit tops 1- minutes before baking is finished
