Ingredients
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 cup fresh fruit
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon psyllium husks
- 3 ester-c capsules
- 1 cup ice

Step 1
Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
If you have trouble blending, try adding a little water to thin the smoothie.
