Banana Peanut Butter Mock Ice Cream Recipe

• Bananas (frozen)
• Peanut Butter (1 Tablespoon per banana)

Preparation

Step 1

Peel ripe bananas and put them in a zip lock bag to freeze

Freeze for two hours (if you leave them longer, just let them defrost for a few minutes prior to starting)

Break bananas into chunks into a food processor or blender

Turn on and let the magic happen

Turn food processor/blender off to push bananas down as needed

Blend until smooth and texture resembles ice cream (can take a few minutes and a few push downs, but it will magically convert to the right texture eventually)

Add peanut butter and blend slightly until combined

(You can add chocolate chips, graham cracker crumbs, oreos, etc. as well!)
