Ingredients

  • 1 small box sugar-free vanilla pudding (not instant)
  • 1 2/3 cups fat-free milk
  • 4 ounces fat-free vanilla yogurt, sweetened with artificial sweetener
  • 26 vanilla wafer cookies
  • 2 bananas (about 7-inches each) sliced to make about 2 cups
  • 1 cup fat-free whipped topping

Preparation

Step 1

Combine pudding mix and milk and prepare according to package directions. Cool slightly and stir in the yogurt. Line the bottom of an 8-inch pie pan with 12 vanilla wafers (do not crush). Arrange banana slices over the vanilla wafers. Place remaining 14 vanilla wafers around the rim of the pan, standing up. Pour cooled pudding over wafers and banana slices. Top with fat-free whipped topping. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving. Each slice should be the width of two wafers.
