Ingredients
- 1 Can Corn, drained
- 1 can black beans, rinsed
- 8 oz salsa
- 2 C shredded cheese
- 10 oz rotel
- 2 C cooked rice
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 8 oz sour cream
- Sliced black olives
- 8 oz shredded cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 9 ingredients. Put in greased 9x11 dish.
Sprinkle w/ olives & cheese. Bake 350* 40-50 minutes.
