Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 2 tbsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 1 pound pecans

Step 1
Preheat oven to 300 F. In a large bowl, whisk egg white until frothy, then whisk in vanilla. In a separate bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, salt and spices. Fold nuts into egg white, then stir in sugar/spice mixture.
Spread onto parchment-lined sheet pans and bake, stirring often, at 300 F for 10 to 15 minutes, or until nuts feel dry. Cool and serve, or cool and store in an airtight container.
