Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef consomme'
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms

Step 1
Melt the butter; add the salt and flour and cook slowly until the flour doesn't smell starchy. Slowly add the consomme', then the mushrooms.
This is good over beef tenderloin.
