Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breasts (cooked, shredded - pull apart into small pieces)
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 teaspoons minced onion
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1 small can mushrooms (drained)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 boiled eggs, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. Place in a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish and top with crumbled potato chips. (You can also mix shredded cheddar cheese with chip topping, if desired.)
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
