Ingredients
- 3 tbs butter
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tbs rum*
- 2 tbs fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbs fresh orange juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- * fresh lemon juice may be substituted

Preparation
Step 1
1) melt 1tbs of butter in a small skillet over medium-high heat; add shallot and garlic, and coo, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until shallot is tender.
2) reduce heat to low and slowly whisk in rum, next 4 ingredients, and remaining 2tbs of butter. cook, stirring occasionally, 1 minute; serve warm.
