Ingredients
- 16 oz, sweet potatoes
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1/4 Tbsp. white pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup margarine, melted
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup brown sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Mix potatoes, milk, egg, cinnamon, vanilla and pepper in mixer, blend well.
Place mixture evenly into earthenware dish, leaving a 1/2" from the top.
Melt margarine in saute pan on low heat. Mix in flour until smooth and add sugar, blend well.
Spoon sugar mixture evenly over potato mixture. Cover with chopped pecans.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
