Ingredients
- 3/4 c. (1-1/2 sticks) butter
- 2 oz semisweet chocolate
- 2 oz unsweetened chocolate
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 3 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. flour
- 3/4 t. salt
- 3 t. vanilla
- 2 c. pecans

Preparation
Step 1
combine first 3 ingredients in bowl. microwave on med till chocolate melts. cool slightly. add eggs, sugar, flour and salt. mix well. stir in vanilla and pecans. spoon into buttered 9x13 baking dish. place baking dish in larger baking pan. add water 1" deep in larger pan. bake at 350 for 25-35 min. till fudge tests done. do not overbake. cut into squares
