6 oz Double Cream Blue Cheese - room temp.
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1/2 cup Sour Cream
Salt & Pepper
2 pinches Ground Cayenne Pepper

Step 1

1 Mash soften cheese w/ fork in a bowl. Whisk the Cream & Sour Cream into cheese, the consistency should be smooth w/ an occasional small bit of blue.
2 Season w/ salt, pepper, & cayenne pepper.
