Orage-Cranberry Turkey Fettuccine

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless skinless turkey breast and/or thigh
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 2 oranges, peeled and cut into small chunks
- 1/2 C dried cranberries
- 1/2 C orange juice
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 T cornstarch
- 3 T water
- Cooked fettuccine
- Chopped pecans

Step 1
Cut turkey into thi strips. In a slow cooker, combine turkey with green onion, oranges, cranberries, orange juice, brown sugar, Worcestershire, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Cover and cook on LOW about 4 hours or until turkey is tender. Turn control to HIGH. In a small bowl, dissolve cornstarch in water; stir nto turkey mixture. Cover and cook on HIGH 15 - 20 minutes, stirring once. Serve over hot cooked fettuccine. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
