  • salt and pepper,
  • fresh herbs
  • You may use other fresh or
  • frozen vegetables.
  • Wash and cut up the
  • vegetables. Heat oil in
  • larger pot and sauté
  • vegetables for a few
  • minutes. Add 8 cups of
  • water and let simmer for
