Ingredients

  • 1 C sugar
  • 1 C cooking oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/3 C all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 C grated carrots

Preparation

Step 1

Beat sugar and oil in mixing bowl. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time. Add vanilla

Measure in next 5 ingredients. Stir well.

Stir in grated carrot. Turn into greased 9x9 inch pan. Bake in 350 oven for 35-45 minutes until an inserted toothpick somes out clean. Cool and frost.
