Directions

HEAT 1 TEASPOON OF OIL IN HEAVY DUTCH OVEN OVER MEDIUM HEAT ADD BEEF AND BROWN ABOUT 5 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM PAN USING SLOTTED SPOON TRANSFER TO SMALL BOWL SPINKLE WITH SALT AND PEPPER DRAIN LIQUID FRON PAN ADD 2 TEASPOON OF OIL THEN ONION AND SAUTE UNTIL SOFT BUT NOT BROWNED. (5 MINS) ADD GARLIC SAUTE 1 MIN. STIR IN CHILE POWER,CUMIN,OREGANO, CINNAMON COOK 1 MIN. ADD CHICKEN BROTH WATER, BEEF,TOMTOES,PASTE AND HONEY REDUCE HEAT TO MED.-LOW SIMMER 1 HR, STIRING OCCASIONALLY ADD BEANS, LIME JUICE COOK 5 MINTUES. OPTIONAL TOPPINGS SHEDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
