Cranberry Apple Crisp

Ingredients
- 5 C peeled, sliced apples
- 1 1/2 C fresh or frozen chopped cranberries
- 1 C sugar
- 2 T flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 C quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1/2 C firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/3 C flour
- 1/4 C butter
- 1/2 C chopped nuts
- Whipped cream

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375F. Grease 12x8-inch baking dish. In large bowl, combine apples, cranberries, sugar, 2 T flour and cinnmon. Spoon into prepared baking dish. In small bowl, combine rolled oats, brown sugar and 1/3 C flour. Cut in butter with pastry blender until consistency of coarse meal. Stir in nuts. Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over fruit. Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown and apples are tender. Serve with whipped cream.
