Ingredients
- 3 Tbs all-purpose flour
- 3 Tbs evaporated cane crystals (or favorite dry sweetener)
- 2 Tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 cups So Delicious Coconut Milk Beverage (favorite flavor—if using chocolate, delete 1 tablespoon cocoa)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla

Step 1
Whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder and salt in a small saucepan. Add coconut milk and turn up heat to medium. Stir continuously until pudding begins to boil. Reduce heat, continue stirring and simmer for 3-4 minutes until pudding starts to thicken. Remove from hit, stir in vanilla. Pour into individual serving cups and serve warm or chill for at least 2 hours. Pudding will continue to thicken as it cools.
