Broccoli 'Orange Sauce

Ingredients

• 2 pkgs. Frozen Broccoli Spears (10 oz.)
• 1/4 cup Margarine
• 1 Tbs CornStarch
• 1 Tbs Grated Orange Peel
• 1/2 cup Orange Juice

Preparation

Step 1

1 Cook Broccoli. Metal Margarine & remove from heat. Stir in CornStarch & Orange Peel. Stir in Orange Juice.
2 Cook over Med. heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened. Reduce to Low heat; simmer 1 minute.
3 Server over cooked broccoli.
