  • Metric Ingredient Imperial
  • 500 g fresh mushrooms, sliced 1 lb
  • 50 ml onion, chopped 1/4 cup
  • 45 ml butter 3 tbsp
  • 75 ml whipping cream 1/3 cup
  • salt & pepper to taste -
  • 1 ml cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp
  • 250 ml monterey jack cheese, grated 1 cup

Step 1


In a skillet, over medium heat, saute mushrooms and onion in butter for 5 minutes. Add cream. Continue to cook until most of liquid has evaporated. Add salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
