  • 2 strips OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 16.3-ounce package PILLSBURY Grands!® Homestyle Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits
  • PAM® Butter No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1/2 cup fat-free milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a 13x9x2-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Press the biscuits into an even layer in the pan, covering as much of the bottom as possible. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until biscuits are puffed and lightly golden brown.


Meanwhile, in a large bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add egg mixture and cook, stirring frequently, until eggs are cooked through and scrambled.


Top baked biscuit mixture with the eggs, followed by the cheese. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon. Bake 1 to 2 minutes more, until cheese is melted. Cut into squares
