Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 3 tbsp - sugar
  • 1/4 cup - butter
  • 1 - egg
  • 1/2 tsp - baking powder
  • 1 cup - flour
  • Filling:
  • 2 x 8oz package - cream cheese
  • 1 1/4 cup - sugar
  • 4 - eggs (one at a time)
  • 1/4 cup - flour
  • 2 tbsp - lemon juice
  • 3 cups - milk

Preparation

Step 1

Crust

Cream butter and sugar together. Add egg and beat well then add flour and baking powder. Spread in a 13x9 dish; push dough into position (it will appear thin and stiff, that's OK).

Filling

Mix ingredients until smooth and pour in pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake at 300 for 70-90 minutes.
