PATCHWORK SALAD

Ingredients

• SALAD:
• 14 1/2 oz can French style green beans, drained
• 15 1/4 oz can corn, drained
• 15 1/4 oz can peas, drained
• 1/2 green pepper, chopped
• 2 oz jar pimentos, drained
• 4 stalks celery, chopped
• 1/2 onion, chopped
• DRESSING:
• 1 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 cup white vinegar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

SALAD:
Combine all the vegetables together, pour dressing over the top. Cover and refrigerate until serving

DRESSING:
Whisk together until the sugar is dissolved.
