Ingredients
- 3 (8oz) cream cheese
- 2/3 C sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 t vanilla
- vanilla waffers

Preparation
Step 1
Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg & vanilla.
Place mini cupcake liners in mini muffin pan.
Put a vanilla wafer in each cupcake liner.
Spoon batter over waffers.
Bake at 350* for 15 mins.
Can top with pie filling, if desired.
