Savory Cheesecrafter Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup soft butter
• 2 cups aged cheddar, shredded
• 1/2 cup grated parmesan
• 1 cup flour
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 egg, beaten (brushing on top)
• 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Mix first set of ingredients together to form dough. Roll to 1/8" thickness. Cut desired shapes.

Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.

Baked on ungreased cookie sheet for 8 minutes.

Makes approximately 8 dozen 2" shapes
