Ingredients
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 TBSP shallots, minced fine
- 1 tbsp finely minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 stick butter, at room temp.
- 1/2 cup blue cheese, at room temp.

Step 1
1. Heat the oil on medium. Add the Shallots, garlic and salt; cook until soft. Allow to cool. Combine the butter, blue cheese, and garlic mixture in a bowl and mix thoroughly with wooden spoon.
Storing: Scoop the butter onto a sheet of plastic wrap. Fold the wrap over it and shape it into a 1” diameter log; twist the ends closed and refrigerate. Slice off a few coins as you need them.
