Ingredients
- 1 lbs Thin Asparagus Spears - cut into 2" pieces
- 1 can Artichoke Hearts - drained & Quartered (15 oz)
- 1/4 Lemon - Juiced
- Extra Virgin Oil
- Salt & Pepper to Taste

Preparation
Step 1
1 Steam Asparagus tips in 1/4" boiling H2O for 3 minutes & drain. Return tips to warm pan & combine w/ drained Artichoke Hearts, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Salt & Pepper.
2 Heat Mixture thru & remove from stove.
