  • 2 (16.5 oz) packages Nestle Tollhouse chocolate chip cookie dough, softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 4 oz chopped semisweet chocolate
  • 1/2 cup toffee chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375. Spray a nonstick 12-inch pizza pan with nonstick spray.
Press the cookie dough into bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes.
Remove pizza from the oven and let cool on a wire rack. Remove from pan.
Meanwhile, bring the heavy cream to a gentle simmer in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the chopped chocolate to a medium bowl. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and stir to melt. Let stand 5 minutes to thicken. Top the pizza with the cooled ganache. Sprinkle with toffee chips and pecans. Slice into wedges.
