Ingredients

4-6 medium potatoes
salt/pepper
3 TB margerine
3 TB flour
2 tsp onion soup mix
1/2 C boiling water
sauteed onions
papirika

Preparation

Step 1

Grease pan
Sautee onions

Slice potatoes and layer in pan with sauteed onions, salt and pepper.

Blend flour, margerine, and soup mix. Pour boiling water into mixture. Mix.

Pour sauce over potatoes.
Sprinkle with papitika

Bake at 350 for 1 1/4 hours
