By

14/04/15-I made this just for myself - quick, easy and tasty. Dan wouldn't like this so don't even bother - he had fish sticks.

  • 1/2 tsp. Sesame oil
  • juice of 1 key lime or 1/2 regular lime

Preparation

Step 1

Bake or broil fish until done - doesn't take long. I broiled it the first time and it got a bit tough, (I think it was in over 10 minutes) although it was still good, so watch it carefully. Of course, you could also saute it in a bit of oil in a non-stick pan.

Toss together remaining ingredients, spread atop the fish, sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired, and serve.
