1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Mirin
2 tbsp Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

1 Pour all ingredients in a pan
2 Stir the mixture well
3 Put the pan on low heat and simmer fro a couple of minutes
4 Remove from heat & cool mixture
5 Store in clean bottle in fridge
