Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked fresh or frozen green beans or peas
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 10 3/4 oz can lower sodium, lower fat cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 1/2 Tbsp tub margarine, no trans fat
- 2 cups soft bread cubes
- 1/2 cup 75% less fat shredded cheddar cheese

Step 1
1. Put beans and chicken in buttered shallow casserole dish
2. In a mixing bowl, blend soup, water, and seasonings until smooth. Pour over chicken.
3. Melt margarine in saucepan. Remove from heat.
4. Mix cheese and bread cubes into margarine
5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until browned, bubbly and heated throughout.
