- 40 Saltine Crackers
- 1 Cup Butter (2 sticks)
- 1 Cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1 1/2 Cups Chocolate Chips

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425. Line 15x10x1 inch baking pan with foil and saltines.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar and bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and pour over crackers, covering them evenly. Bake 2-4 minutes, or just until bubbly, watching close to avoid burning. Remove from oven and pour chocolate chips over the crackers. When the hips melt, spread evenly with a knife Transfer pan to the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes, or until completely cool.
Break into pieces. Store in airtight container.
