Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
- 4 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Step 1
In a small bowl, blend together all the ingredients. Place in a tightly covered container and store in a cool place.
NOTE:
Serving options include: Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon on each side of a 1-pound steak before cooking. Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon (no more!) on 4 servings of buttered cooked vegetables. Add 1/4 teaspoon to 1/4 cup mayonnaise for a zippy dressing.
